Elections were held in College in October to determine the 2020 House Committee.
We are proud of our elected students and look forward to introducing them to our community.

What I am most looking forward to in 2020 at College: Heading into 2020 at St Andrew’s, I’m most looking forward to, of course, welcoming in our new cohort of freshers and guiding them through the myriad opportunities and experiences an institution such as Drew’s can provide. Furthermore, I’m also looking forward to the completion of the new Thyne-Reid Link Building and how these impressive facilities will contribute to what is truly a remarkable college campus.
What I hope to achieve in the House Committee in 2020: As the Social Representative, I’ll be striving to uphold and maintain what is already an enthralling social environment at St Andrew’s. In addition to facilitating existing events of the social calendar, I’m of course hoping to implement some new additions and continue the work of Social Representatives before me in preserving the social fabric of College. Namely, by promoting a culture of inclusivity and sociability amidst our College community.
Advice for 2020 freshers: Entering my third year at St Andrew’s, my main piece of advice to the incoming cohort is to seize every opportunity you can at this place. There is so much to experience at this great institution and you should strive to squeeze everything you can out of it! Within these walls lie friends and experiences which will last a lifetime, it’s up to you to make the most of it.
