What I am most looking forward to in 2020 at College: I am really excited about the incoming fresher cohort of 2020 and the facets of culture they will bring to College. Freshers are undoubtedly a big part of how the year plays out and I’m excited to meet and connect with them.
What I hope to achieve in the House Committee in 2020: St Andrew’s will continue to change and grow throughout 2020. Influencing positive change whilst maintaining what is great about Drew’s is my main goal. On a slightly biased note, I would love to increase the popularity of Palladian events, whilst still providing some serious points for the end goal of winning the Palladian Cup!
Advice for 2020 freshers: If anything, I would encourage the fresher cohort of 2020 to throw themselves at everything that St Andrew’s has to offer. In doing so you will meet people along the way – you usually end up having a pretty good time and learning a thing or two. There is so much on offer at Drew’s that it would be a shame not to try and experience every facet of College life!
